How soon should I book?
A few days ahead is best. If your preferred time isn't available under Get Quote, reach out—we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients aren't home. As long as we have access instructions, we'll clean and secure the home when we leave.
Can I choose a specific time?
Yes. You'll pick from available time slots when booking.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. You can reschedule or cancel based on the policy shown during checkout. If you need help, contact us—we'll make it easy.

What's included in a cleaning?
We follow a detailed checklist with extra attention on kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces. You can also add Sparkle Boost extras during booking.
Standard clean vs. deep clean—what's the difference?
Standard clean is great for ongoing upkeep. Deep clean adds extra detail for buildup and high-impact areas. If you're unsure, the booking page will guide you.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. You can choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly options during booking (based on availability).
Do you clean commercial spaces too?
